Refunds on cancelled appointments

If you have to cancel your appointment prior to the 48 hour window, you must contact us by phone, directly in order to receive the refund. Vagaro does have a provision to AUTOMATICALLY refund your money once your credit card payment is posted to our bank providing that it falls in the 48 hour or more cancellation window.

Gift Certificates

We do not issue Gift Certificates via our website. All Gift Certificate inquiries and purchases must be initiated by phone call or email.
